Just a friendly reminder that in order to cancel an appointment, 24 hours' notice is required to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or do not notify us of cancellation in advance, you will be charged the full fee for the service. Of course, we understand that emergencies and illnesses can happen, so last minute cancellations due to verifiable emergencies, illnesses or inclement weather may not result in any missed session charges, but this will be decided by the practitioner.
